Equipment List

I have completed this piece of pre production documentation to allow me to not only have a list of what i need but to check i have all the equipment i will need for the filming of my digital media pre production. this will also allow me to have a checklist to make sure that nothing goes missing during the production of my war film and to make sure that i have all the same amounts of the equipment products i started with as when i finish the digital media production i am making.

Contingancy Plan

This is my contingency plan. I have created this as it allows me to have a, what people call a plan B, just to have behind em incase something falls through or goes wrong with the production. This means I have something to fall back on to if something goes wrong this can include things such as, a back up date, a resulting action if there is bad weather or something becomes broken such as equipment or props during movement. This means that my production will not have to stop and can continue no matter what consequences occur or problems are fetched up during production as i have a resultant plan to fall back on and i will be prepared for  incase something goes wrong.

Call Sheet

This is my call sheet, I have completed this as it allows to keep easier track of who I need and on which days I need them. it also allows me o keep track of which location people need to be in and how many cast and crew I need on the certain days of filming. this allows my production to flow more easily and everything necessary to be in one place.

Permissions Needed

This is a list of all the permissions that are needed when I am doing my digital media production. by doing this it allows me to keep track of what permissions I have and which permissions I still need to receive to be able to complete my filming and the full production process.
