Crew List

I have completed this list to make it clear what each person involved in my media production is working as or doing during the process of the pre production and allows to keep track of all the duties and all of the actions that need to be completed by each member of the crew.

Casting Release Forms

I completed this pre-production documentation as it important to my digital media production. By completing this it meant that my cast can sign a form to say that they do not mind been in my digital media production. If I was not to do this and I had somebody in my production that had not signed a release form it could cause problems for myself. this also means that if I was to have a problem with my production or something goes wrong then they can not sue me. This is like a form of protection in case an incident is to occur.

Risk Assessment

I completed this piece of pre production as it is a necessary item and is need to be able to go through with the process of the creation of the digital media production. This is needed to prove that you have considered all of the problem and health and safety concerns there is and any dangers that could occur during the filming even if it is at a very low risk it still needs to be considered. This is important to you, your crew and your casts safety and so that is something happens you know what to do. This also allows you to know how to prevent dangers from happening.
