Budget Breakdown

I have completed this piece of research as it allows me to work out a estimated total cost of how much my digital media production will be during the creation of the project. I used excel to do this as I believed that it will be easier to understand and makes t look more effective, efficient and professional. This will also help me when deciding my source of funding and finance as i will be able to see whether i need a source that will give me a larger budget or a source that will give me a smaller budget. 

Source of finance chosen

I will be self funding my media production as by doing this i will not have to pay back money owed out and i will be able to keep close track of my finance. This is good as i am only going to need a small  budget at the media product is a non for profit production. By financing myself  it allows me to keep on top of budget and only pay out the money necessary. it will also be easier to handle the financing situations.

Sources Of Finance

I have completed this piece of pre-production to be able to adventure all of the different areas of  funding and the different ways that I would be able to fund my own digital media productions; short film, film extracts. I did this in a table so it is easy to understand and look at both the advantages and disadvantages of the different funding types. This makes a clear understanding of each of the different funding types and makes it easier to way up which option would be best for funding my digital production. 

Feedback On Film Ideas

I opened up my film ideas to fellow students and recorded there feedback and had them sign my sheet to prove that it was quoted by them. By having this I am able to use there feedback within further progression of my production. Having feedback is important to making a digital media production as when receiving feedback it can show you positives and negatives within your production and it may also fetch up issues you didn't realise you had and make you think more and be further open minded about the creation of the digital media production. By receiving this feedback it allows me to see the areas needed for improvement and allow me to re-think my production, my process and to keep a key out for the issues i may of not noticed when first planning out my production.

I have had meetings (multiple) and recorded the notes there for I can look back at the notes and the assignments to have completed and to check with what problems and feedback that people may have given me so that I can incorporate it into my work and develop my project and production further. i have multiple meeting notes so that every so often i can see how the production needs to be improved or see what I am missing in my pre-production section or some checks that I may need to re do and consider.
